We work in structured 3-month cohorts of 15–20 young men, ensuring personalized support, strong peer connection, and meaningful mentor-mentee relationships. Each participant receives ongoing assessment, guidance, and reinforcement.

We offer individual counseling for boys ages 12–17 and adults, as well as premarital and marital counseling.
Our services support emotional wellness, relationship healing, life transitions, trauma recovery, communication skills, and personal growth in a safe, confidential space.
Each session is 50–60 minutes. This allows enough time to explore concerns, develop insight, and work toward meaningful progress without feeling rushed.
We work with:

• Married couples seeking support, restoration, or improved communication
If desired, faith can be integrated into sessions. This is always client-led and never imposed. We honor each client’s values and beliefs.
Many of our services are covered by insurance, but coverage can vary. We recommend checking with your insurance provider to confirm what services are covered under your plan. Additionally, we offer a sliding fee scale to help make our services more affordable.
